Eugene Friedman, MD, FAAP
Dr. Eugene B. Friedman grew up in the Bronx. He attended New York University College of Arts and Science, graduating in 1964. He then went on to complete Medical School at New York Medical College, graduating in 1968.
Dr. Friedman completed his Internship and Residency at New York Medical College-Metropolitan Hospital Center, where he served as Senior Resident 1969-1970 and Chief Resident 1970-1971.
As an officer in the U.S. Army, Dr. Friedman served as Assistant Chief of Pediatrics at Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning, Georgia. He is married to Sheryl and has 5 children and 12 grandchildren. During his free time Dr. Friedman enjoys organized medicine, trivia, gardening, and editing books.
